- Sign up / Log in — Use Email, Google, Facebook, Apple ID, or LINE. Guest mode also works
- Accept the Terms & Conditions to begin
Main Tabs (5 Bottom Tabs)
The app has 5 main tabs at the bottom:
- Home — Dashboard showing all tracked parcels. Filter by status (All, Favorites, Keeping, Picked Up, Shipping, Delivered, Unable to Send, Returned)
- Menu — Hub for extra features (Check Price, Store Locator, Call Center, Zipcode, Statistics, Lazada/Shopee Codes)
- Notifications — Package status updates + app announcements
- Search — Main entry point for tracking parcels
- Profile — Account settings, language, Dark Mode, theme color
Track Parcels (3 Methods)
The app supports 3 ways to track parcels:
- Type tracking number — Tap Search tab > enter tracking number > auto-detects courier or select manually > tap Track
- Scan QR Code — Tap camera icon > point camera at QR on parcel > auto-reads tracking number
- OCR Scan (Photo) — Tap gallery icon > take photo or pick from album > app extracts tracking number from image
Manage Parcels
- Favorite — Star important parcels to pin them
- Add Notes — Add notes to each parcel (e.g., 'Mom birthday gift')
- Copy — Copy tracking number to share
- Share — Send parcel details to others
- Notification Settings — Toggle notifications per parcel
Check Shipping Prices
Tap Menu > Check Price > Enter weight, dimensions, and origin/destination postcodes > App calculates rates from multiple couriers for comparison.
Find Courier Locations
Tap Menu > Store Locator > Select courier > App shows nearby pickup/drop-off points with navigation.
Shopee & Lazada Promo Codes
Tap Menu > Shopee Codes or Lazada Codes > Browse latest deals and discounts. Copy codes to use instantly.
Settings
- Language — Switch between Thai and English
- Dark Mode — Toggle dark mode on/off or follow system
- Primary Color — Customize theme color
- Animation — Toggle in-app animations
- Haptic Feedback — Toggle vibration on tap

The app is free with ads. You can unlock:
