What does my parcel status mean?

Every courier words its statuses differently, but every parcel follows the same journey. Pick the status you're seeing to find out where your parcel is and what to do next.

8 statuses

A parcel's normal journey

  1. Picked up The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
  2. In transit The parcel is moving between sorting centres and branches.
  3. Arrived at delivery branch The parcel is at the branch near you, waiting to go out.
  4. Out for delivery A driver is bringing the parcel to the recipient.
  5. Delivered The parcel has been handed to the recipient or a pickup point.

When something goes wrong

Failed delivery The driver tried but couldn't deliver — action needed. Returned to sender The parcel is on its way back to the sender. No tracking updates The status has been stuck with no new scans.
